During this weekend retreat, you will explore 10+ miles of hiking trails among the beautiful lakes, rivers, and waterfalls of the Pocono Mountains. Your hiking experience will be supported by yoga and meditation practices anchored in breath-connected awareness to maximize your immersive experience in nature. In the evening, you’ll relax and enjoy a bonfire at one of the Institute’s pristine outdoor locations.
