Thanks for keeping things moving—really appreciate your initiative and clarity.

To confirm: there will be no separate program fee for Seva & Ayurveda with Roberta Strickler. Guests can go ahead and book their accommodations directly once it’s set up, and that will include access to the session with Dr. Carrie Demers.

The room has been reserved for Dr. Demers’ “Ayurvedic Basics” class at 11:00am on Saturday, and once  you sign an agreement, everything will be in place for you to host and focus on the group experience.

I will flag the program name in our system as “Seva & Ayurveda with Roberta Strickler” so Guest Services can recognize it and assist anyone calling in to book.

Your suggestion to brief Dr. Carrie directly sounds perfect—please feel free to reach out to her as you see fit.

On the rate front: we’re going with the 25% discount on accommodations which includes HI yoga classes and meals as you proposed, and we’ll include a few thoughtful extras to make the weekend feel special for your group.
