Milford Yoga- Day Retreat w/ Natalie Marcoux

Package & Rates

The Institute will provide a Day Retreat package at a rate of $45 per person. This rate includes:

✅ Use of a teaching space appropriate for the group size.
✅ Vegetarian meals for the day (breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner as applicable).
✅ Full access to the Himalayan Institute campus and public areas.

Payment Terms

• A $200 non-refundable deposit is due upon signing this agreement. This deposit is transferable to a rescheduled event within 12 months if the program is postponed and will be applied to the final bill.
• Final headcount must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the event via email to salesteam@himalayaninstitute.org.
• The Host may pay online in advance via a payment link or upon arrival.
• The Host is responsible for ensuring that all participants are informed of and adhere to Institute policies during their visit.

Cancellations

• If cancellation is necessary, please notify the Institute as soon as possible.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the event may incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the estimated total.
