Becoming the Light Within – A New Year's Retreat
With Shari Friedrichsen, Judy Moulton, Greg Capitolo, Jen Ryan, Amylee Flower McMahon, Jennifer Mohamed and Cari Skier
December 29, 2025 - January 1, 2026
Let’s begin the new year together– honoring our highest selves and manifesting a bright future. As 2026 approaches, we have an opportunity to pause, breathe, and define ourselves in this chaotic world. We can turn toward the steady light within us for stability and guidance. This inner light is the teacher of all teachers. It is the spark that ignites the sun, illuminates the planets, and powers the core of our bodies. It is the voice that speaks through our conscience, and the guide that always shows the path back towards wholeness.
Within each of us lies the power to soften the grip of suffering. As the great teachings say, only a clear and self-aware mind can merge with the light of our pure nature and flood the darkness of ignorance. Knowledge—the deep knowing of who we are and all that we’re capable of—is the force that intensifies our inner brilliance.
Becoming the Light Within — A New Year’s Retreat is an invitation to know our own radiance, dissolve doubt and fear, and step into the new year with clarity, vitality, and a renewed sense of purpose. Members of HI’s core faculty, along with honored guest presenters, are excited to offer this transformational retreat that combines inspiration, practice, relaxation, and community fellowship.
Throughout, we’ll engage in yoga, meditation, and guided reflections to unblock internal pathways and restore our natural brilliance. Nourishing meals, comforting teas, free time for integration, creative exploration, and moments of fellowship will sustain and uplift us as we ground ourselves in our truest essence.
Step into 2026 shining your brightest knowing that the same eternal splendor that lights the sun, moon, and stars shines its brightest within you.
